How to Make Spinach Salad

Let’s make a spinach salad with strawberries today.  This is a beautiful salad that is loaded in nutrition and can be served all year long.

I love this salad! The strawberries go really well with the spinach and candied walnuts! You will need some spinach salad dressing for this. Here is what you need to do:

12 oz. baby spinach leaves
½ large red onion, finely sliced
1 ½ cups sliced strawberries
1 cup candied walnuts
2 Tbs. smashed strawberries
Spinach Dressing

· Place all of the ingredients in a bowl except for dressing and mashed strawberries.
· Whisk in the mashed strawberries into the dressing.
· Drizzle dressing on salad and toss to coat.
· Serve and enjoy!
