Low Fat Salads – Radish, Lime & Cilantro

This low-fat salad can be made very quickly and easily. It is a great side for any meal but specially for Mexican food. Here is what you are going to need for this:

Sliced radishes
Lime juice
Chopped cilantro

Place radishes in a bowl. Add lime and salt. Make sure you have a nice tangy/salty balance. Add cilantro. Mix and serve. That’s it! Enjoy!
